Broadvox has a new channel chief in Chad Krantz.

Krantz has worked for the VoIP provider since August 2008; he served as director of channel sales for the mid-Atlantic states until Jan. 21, when he was named executive director of channel sales. The change came about as David Byrd was promoted to executive vice president of sales.

Krantz was unable to share many details about plans for the Broadvox channel, since the company is still neck-deep” in integrating Cypress Communications, Krantz said. That tool will contain vital information that a lot of the agents have been asking for,” Krantz said.
