Walker replaces Darren Suders, who died of a heart attack in March. He was just 36 years old.

Walker most recently served as a regional channel manager for Nitel in Charleston, South Carolina. She also worked as Atlantic regional channel director for NaviSite. She spent eight years at Paetec/Windstream from 2007 to 2015 as a channel manager. Channel Partners recognized her as a “Channel Manager of the Year” in 2007.

“Suzanne is enthusiastic about both CallTower’s innovative technology and the continued development of the Southeast channel,” Chief Revenue Officer William Rubio said. “The addition of Suzanne to the team is crucial to the continued success of our program and our Southeast partners will continue to thrive with Suzanne’s involved support.”

Amanda Whalen is based in Dallas/Fort Worth and will support partners in the Southwest. She spent the last four years doing strategic account management for XO Communications. CallTower says she has expertise in VoIP, SIP trunking, managed services and strategic partnerships.

“The Southwest channel is critical to CallTower’s ongoing success and Amanda has the right skills and talent to lead it,” Rubio said. “Amanda’s dedication enables her with the skill set to strengthen and deliver partners with positive results within the Southwest channel.”
