deltathree, a wholesale provider of hosted VoIP products, services and infrastructure, has selected Global IP Sounds (GIPS) VoiceEngine technology to guarantee voice quality in its PC Phone Dialer.

VoiceEngine uses an API to provide speech enhancements, such as acoustic echo cancellation, noise suppression, and automatic gain control. It supports features including push-to-talk, volume control and video synchronization.

The deltathree PC Phone Dialer allows uses a broadband or dial-Internet connection for phone calls. A connection wizard automatically optimizes settings for firewalls, open ports, NATs and available bandwidth. The Dialer supports features including voice mail, roaming, redial and call log.

Large enterprises, cable and broadband suppliers, or VARs and retailers can purchase an OEM version customized with logo and brand for resale.

Existing deltathree PC Phone Dialer customers will be upgraded to the newest version of the software.
