GIPS Unveils LSVX Video Codec

Global IP Solutions (GIPS) said this week customers can now evaluate GIPS LSVX video codec.

GIPS LSVX, which offers two-way video capabilities, is being demonstrated at Spring 2007 VON in San Jose, Calif.

The platform is incorporated into VoiceEngine Multimedia. The multimedia package provides complete framework for both video and voice softphones and capabilities to handle jitter, packet loss, CPU and bandwidth constraints on multiple platforms, GIPS said.
