Integra Telecom recently announced expanding its voice services to include business locations across the country.

The Portland, Ore.-based communications provider explained that enterprise customers using its SIP trunking may connect all their remote sites in the continental U.S. through a centralized IP PBX.

“Nationwide voice service availability allows our customers to simplify the management of their network by combining voice, data and network services with a single carrier,” said Integra’s Joe Harding, senior vice president of product and marketing, in a statement Jan. 19.

Relying on Integra’s enterprise SIP trunking and remote location service, customers can use a centralized IP PBX, Integra said. The company noted this offering enables enterprises to cut costs and maintenance associated with managing dispersed phone systems while yielding the benefits of unified communications across a business with a single network provider.

Integra said it provides a variety of options to support such configurations as basic voice lines, ISDN PRI, digital trunks and SIP trunking.
