Locus Telecommunications Partners With Western Union

Customers of Oxygen Wireless GSM, a prepaid service offered by MVNO Locus Telecommunications, now can replenish their minutes at more than 47,000 Western Union locations.

Locus Telecommunications launched Oxygen Wireless GSM in April 2005. The company is headquartered in Englewood Cliffs, N.J., and offers long-distance, wireless, point-of-sale and carrier services.
