New AireSpring Hire to Boost Master Agent Relationships
He will coordinate collaboration with masters on many levels, including events, promotions, incentives and more.
AireSpring has appointed Scott Hailey to the newly created position of national director of channel programs. His job is to take relationships with master agencies to the next level.

Hailey will work directly with top master agencies and strategic partners to help grow revenue. He will coordinate collaboration with the masters on many levels, including events, education, promotions, incentives, channel recruitment and more.
Hailey said he wanted to take this role because of the “attraction to AireSpring itself.”
“It’s one of the few privately held, debt-free, profitable providers in the market,” he said. “It’s an extremely well-run company from the operating ownership down to the field. Second, I really enjoy the high-level strategy side of this business. This role offers me the opportunity to not only strategize as a leading provider in the marketplace, but to strategize in concert with all of the top master agents in the country.”
Airespring is a true managed services provider, Hailey said. It has one of the most complete service portfolios in the country, he added. And now that AireSpring has built out its global private network, it can serve the world offering global SD-WAN, he said.

“The top of my to-do list (as soon as we can travel again) is to get out in the field and meet with each of our master agents’ senior leadership. And then [I’ll] begin meeting with all the master agent channel managers region by region,” he said. “Many agents only know AireSpring as a nationwide ‘aggregator,’ but when they actually hear our story they begin to realize AireSpring is so much more. The top of my list is to make sure every agent out there has the opportunity to hear the complete AireSpring story.”
Seasoned Telecom Executive
A 20-plus year telecom executive, Hailey has helped channel partners, MSPs, VARs, SIs and IT consultants expand their businesses into new markets.
He most recently was national channel manager at Call One, directing channel recruitment, business development and management. Before that, he was Fusion Connect‘s channel director for sales.
In 1992, Hailey built his own wholesale business, Sierra Business Solutions. There, he brokered international and domestic wholesale networks for more than 10 years.
He returned to the channel in 2014 when he joined Entelegent Solutions. There, he served as vice president of business development and strategic partners.
John Young is AireSpring’s senior VP of channel sales.
“As a 100% channel-focused vendor, our master agency partners are our lifeblood,” said Young. “We are thrilled to have a seasoned partner development executive like Scott join the AireSpring team. His extensive background in channel development makes him an ideal choice for us as we continue to build AireSpring’s key relationships across the United States. Scott brings a deep understanding of what it takes to develop and retain strategic partnerships in the channel, and we look forward to working together to bring the full benefits of the AireSpring Advantage to all of our partners.”
Despite the pandemic, it’s been a busy year of new hires and promotions for AireSpring. Just last week, the company appointed Clinton Devereaux, previously with iCore Networks and Vonage, as director of solutions engineering.
