Peerless Network just appointed two new channel sales directors overseeing the Southeast and Midwest.

Peerless Network’s Doug Littrell

Doug Littrell is director of channel sales for the Southeast. He previously was a regional channel manager at TalkDesk, and was Mitel‘s national account director of master agents.

James Cook is director of channel sales for the Midwest. He joined Peerless Network in 2015 and most recently was a sales account manager. Before joining Peerless Network, he was with Access One.

The two have nearly 50 years of combined telecom sales and leadership experience. That will be helpful since they are responsible for Peerless Network’s national channel program growth strategy with the company’s portfolio of voice, UCaaS and SIP trunking products and services.

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in June.

“We are thrilled to welcome Doug Littrell and James Cook to the Peerless Network channel sales team,” said Ryan Patterson, the company‘s vice president of channel sales. “With increased master agent partnerships, including Telarus and Sandler Partners, and accelerated demand for Peerless’ work-from-anywhere voice communications solutions, our newest team members will play a pivotal part in continuing to strengthen our channel growth and empowering agent partners.”

Channel Experience

At Mitel, Littrell successfully drove master agent and agent growth across the Southeast. He also helped the channel community make more money and enter more markets.

For the past two years, Peerless says Cook has been a top-performing sales executive. In his new role, he will continue growing the company’s UCaaS and SIP trunking products and services.

“With a shift in how businesses communicate remotely with their teams and customers, Peerless Network is experiencing exponential growth in our cutting-edge, simple-to-deploy, work-from-anywhere business communications solutions,” said Rick Knight, Peerless Network’s executive vice president of sales and marketing.

Knight says Littrell and Cook will be instrumental in the company’s channel effort going forward.

Earlier this year, the company added Gloria Wong as director of channel sales for the West. It also added Jamie Arko as director of channel sales for the East.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Peerless Network is helping businesses transition employees to work from home with voice solutions via its cloud PBX offering.
