Peerless Network Rolls Out Cloud PBX System for Enterprises
Peerless Network has been expanding its portfolio of products and services.
Peerless Network now offers cloud PBX for enterprises that doesn’t require customers to buy equipment or pay third-party routing fees.
The Peerless Cloud PBX is a UCaaS model for businesses of any size with provisioning and customization via the Peerless Portal, the company’s automated provisioning platform.
Rick Knight, Peerless’ executive vice president of sales and marketing, tells Channel Partners the “game changer” is the ability for his company’s partners and customers to manage telephone numbers, services, routing, configuration and inventory over a cloud-based IP network via one system.

“It’s easy to use, can be done onsite and without spending countless hours on the phone with a sales rep or agent,” he said. “It has extreme flexibility and seamless integration so agents and customers can manage their numbers, inventory and services right from their desktop. All they have to do is go to the Peerless Portal, plug in the location and order their numbers or services. There are no contracts or commitments — customers can customize and change their services anytime.”
The network runs on Peerless’ own redundant, low-latency network infrastructure and technologies. In addition to using the portal to access Peerless Cloud PBX, customers can leverage the company’s ANImate automated platform, a customer portal and API for telephone number provisioning and management.

Also, Peerless has a range of billing services via its portal so agents can bill their customers with “ease, flexibility and autonomy,” Knight said.
“We always listen to our customers — and they were wanting more reliable, cost-efficient and scalable … voice solutions,” he said. “They wanted to have more visibility to real-time stats and spend more time focused on their business rather than talking to customer service reps when setting up or managing their customized high-quality voice solutions.”
Last month, Peerless announced its international expansion into the United Kingdom.
