Quintrex Data Systems Corp. (Booth 1141) has added a marketing management solution to its integrated customer care, billing and accounting software package.


The functionality targets communications providers on a budget, wanting to market and bundle services for the triple play and wireless markets.


In order for ILECs to compete in todays competitive market place, it is imperative that their information and billing system include integrated marketing solutions necessary not only to survive but to be successful, says Leland Smithson, Quintrex president. Quintrex has announced an integrated set of marketing solutions to meet that business success requirement.


The Marketing Management Solution includes six major areas:


Target Marketing, which can be used within monthly paper statements and with electronic bill presentment and payment, allows customized marketing campaigns. User-defined filters containing if statements create strategic marketing scenarios that supply unique offers to fit individual subscriber needs, based upon the equipment and services they either have or dont have on their account.


Suggestive Marketing gives each customer service representative (CSR) a proactive approach to increase sales revenue and customer relations. CSRs can suggest specific products or marketing opportunities that are directly related to each subscriber based upon current product offerings.


Promotional Marketing allows subscribers to try before they buy.


Campaign Marketing creates user-defined filters to generate a list of subscribers based upon a set of criteria. Customized marketing campaigns can be created for these lists of current and prospective subscribers based upon what they have or dont have on their accounts, or what service is available at their locations.


Bundling offers providers the ability to bundle multiple products and services together.


Customer Relationship Management offers tools to track, organize and maintain current and prospective customers through an integrated contact database at one centralized location, including sales opportunities, e-mail, various contact information and more. User-defined fields provide flexibility in tracking marketing or demographic related information.


Quintrexs marketing management solutions also include marketing follow-up inquiry, online directory advertising, EBPP, statement backer, churn analysis and marketing comments. Its modular design allows customers to select the areas that best fit.
