RADVISON Releases New Version of SIP Server Platform

RADVISION Ltd. has released version 3.0 of its SIP Server Platform.

Version 3.0 features Layer 7 load-balancing and switchover capabilities, hardware utilization and has minimal failover recuperation time, the company said.

Other version 3.0 features include accounting, IMS functionality and applications for scalability, redundancy, security and protection.

The SIP Server Platform is available for all major operating systems, the company said.

RADVISION is displaying version 3.0 of the SIP Server Platform at Spring 2007 VON.

The company also said that Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. has selected RADVISON products to enhance its 3G products and solution offerings.

Those products include RADVISION SCOPIA 3G Gateway, 3G Video Communication Solutions and Interactive Video Platform.

Huawei serves 120 million global GSM subscribers.
