“When we launched RingCentral Video back in April, we knew it was important to give our customers a fast and trusted browser-based video meetings experience that allowed them to collaborate and communicate from any location, on any device,” she said.

With the new offering, RingCentral partners can help their customers bring RingCentral Video to every workspace,” Del Real said.

Here’s our most recent list of new products and services that agents, VARs, MSPs and other partners offer.

Poly Studio X30 and Poly Studio X50 enhance the RingCentral Rooms meeting experience. They provide full board-room quality audio, intelligent noise suppression, production-grade video and wireless content sharing.

Most businesses will support a hybrid workforce at some point in the near future, Del Real said. Those will include a mix of remote workers and in-office employees, she said.

“This hybrid workforce will require new ways for colleagues to meet and share ideas,” she said. “Now, with RingCentral Rooms for Poly, partners can provide their customers with a meetings solution that’s easy to deploy, monitor and manage, while enabling their remote and onsite employees to collaborate seamlessly, as if they were in the same room.”

High Demand Across Verticals

RingCentral sees demand for Rooms for Poly across industries; in particular, health care, financial services and education, Del Real said. It’s difficult to predict what the workplace of the future will look like given the ongoing circumstances.

“However, regardless of how and when things progress, with RingCentral Rooms for Poly, partners can now provide customers with the flexibility of a hybrid model to conduct meetings so employees can easily connect, whether they are in the office or working remotely,” Del Real said.

Another key selling point for partners is how RingCentral Rooms is easy to use, she said.

“In just a few minutes, IT teams can set up a cloud-based telepresence room with off-the-shelf equipment, avoiding costly proprietary endpoints and complicated configuration,” Del Real said. “Once deployed, our customers can walk right into any workspace and start a meeting with just one click, leading to increased productivity and a better user experience.”

“Poly and RingCentral have a longstanding partnership, which we are now excited to extend to include video meetings,” said Tim Root, vice president and general manager of Poly‘s room collaboration business unit.
