ScanSource and Intelisys have launched Go Remote, a new program to help partners deliver work-from-home solutions like unified communications and collaboration (UCC) and adjacent technologies.

Partners have access to original content addressing technical and real-life issues related to working from home. Videos and webinars from internal experts also are available. A buyer’s guide outlines specific solutions based on real needs.

ScanSource’s Ansley Hoke

Ansley Hoke is ScanSource’s senior vice president of marketing for its VAR channel. She said the immediate need for work-from-home solutions was a major pain point for many partners and their customers.

“Not only have our partners had to mobilize their workforces, but they’ve also had to think about how they can continue to provide the best solutions and experience to their customers to keep them operating at a high level,” she said. “Go Remote makes it as easy as possible for our partners to support their end customers as they navigate the changing business landscape. We’re not only providing the ready-made solutions that are in highest demand right now – such as our extensive portfolio of UCaaS and collaboration solutions, speaker phones, headsets, cameras and everything in between – but we’re providing access to original, custom-created educational materials and technical insight from our top experts to further assist our partners along the way.”

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

The transition to cloud and remote work has been taking place for several years, Hoke said. Therefore, a partner enablement program focused on remote workforce solutions is a must, she said.

“The effects of the current pandemic certainly sped this process up as partners began to look for these solutions and resources at a much larger scale, and at a more rapid pace,” she said.

Go Remote enables partners to mobilize, energize and educate their end-customers’ remote workforces during this critical time.

“We strongly believe Go Remote gives our partners a competitive advantage,” Hoke said. “Providing our partners with access to a comprehensive catalog of industry-leading solutions, as well as sales enablement resources, will help them enable their customers to operate and collaborate as efficiently as possible while working remote.”
