Sonic.net has released its FlexLink Hosted Voice with IP PBX, for sale through channel partners.
FlexLink was developed in-house; it’s built on the MetaSwitch platform and comes with Polycom IP phones, although SMBs and enterprises with compatible phones may use those if they like. FlexLink features include:
Unlimited nationwide calling
Softphone
Auto attendant
Click-to-dial
Voice mail-to-email
Inbound fax-to-email
Conference bridge
Microsoft Outlook integration
Unified messaging
Companies that buy FlexLink with a Sonic.net Internet circuit also get QoS assurances, for no additional charge. And, orders of 10 seats or more receive full installation and configuration – including a PoE switch – and on-site training at no extra cost. Most hosted voice providers task the customer with setting up features including auto attendant, call workflow and voice mail. Organizations purchasing seats for three to nine people may pay $500 for the installation and configuration.
The standard package costs $24.95 per seat per month; it accommodates BYOD or bring-your-own-bandwidth. The premium version goes for $34.95. Channel partners earn up to 22 percent on sales of FlexLink, depending on performance volume.
Sonic.net said its hosted PBX is different from other brands because of the installation help and available technical support.
The company’s partners include Sandler Partners, Bridgepointe Technologies, PSI-Net, NCG Telecom, Datatel and Top Speed Data.
