Star2Star Communications now is participating in the CenturyLink Marketplace Provider Program, allowing it to offer its Full Spectrum communications solution to businesses via the marketplace.

The Full Spectrum portfolio includes multiple deployment options, customization features and a suite of communications tools that include voice, video, mobile, fax and presence management. The program allows participating technology companies to integrate their offerings with a range of services across the CenturyLink hybrid IT delivery platform.

Michelle Accardi, Star2Star‘s president and chief revenue officer, tells Channel Partners that participating in the marketplace broadens her company’s access to new partners and customers.

“For our partners that already buy through Star2Star, this is a validation point that we have the best and most reliable UCaaS solutions for mid-market and enterprise customers who are looking to move to the cloud,” she said. “Our participation in the CenturyLink Marketplace is a first of its kind that creates new opportunities for CenturyLink’s sales team and partners to sell our innovative Full Spectrum communications solution, which offers customers the benefits of world-class, top-tier UCaaS features and support, streamlined hardware and service ordering, and billing processes via the marketplace.”

Star2Star now offers its StarCloud solution to new and existing CenturyLink Marketplace customers, available online.

“CenturyLink saw the need to provide a cloud UCaaS solution through their marketplace,” Accardi said. “Star2Star and CenturyLink worked together over the last six months to create this new opportunity for CenturyLink‘s customers.”

Midmarket and enterprise customers in particular see “great benefits” from Star2Star, and CenturyLink has “great reach” into enterprises, she said.

“In speaking with our enterprise customers, one of the most important aspects of their IT strategy is the ability to enable collaboration and unified communication across teams,” said David Shacochis, CenturyLink’s vice president of product management for IT solutions. “We are pleased to enable customers to try innovative solutions like StarCloud as part of their digital transformation.”
