TBI has expanded its channel management team by hiring three new channel managers previously with Aavex, BullsEye Telecom and Masergy.

TBI said the channel management additions will strengthen and expand partner support.

Brett Sippel joins the master agent as channel manager of strategic accounts. In this role, he will support TBI’s enterprise partners, resellers and distributors.

“I’m really excited to be a part of the TBI team,” he said. “I’m looking forward to leveraging the wealth of resources TBI has created to help make the lives of my partners easier.”

Sippel previously was national sales manager for Aavex, a small managed service provider. There, he developed a recurring revenue model, as well pricing and training programs.

Before that, he was a channel account manager at Aerohive Networks and Vertiv.

Regional Support

TBI also has added John Rozinsky and Kim Gordon as channel managers. Rozinsky will support Midwest partners in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. Gordon will fill a similar role for Dallas-Fort Worth, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Rozinsky has built direct and indirect sales teams for providers like AT&T, Verizon and Evolve IP. He most recently was strategic partner manager at BullsEye.

“Having worked with John previously, he has a deep knowledge of the latest IT solutions and will be a huge asset for partners seeking growth in next-gen technology sales,” said Marco Sanchez, senior director of sales at TBI. “John is eager to hit the ground running and will help partners increase education, drive demand and sell the full IT stack.”

Gordon most recently was director of strategic account management at Masergy. Before that, she held sales positions with Logix Communications.

“I am anxious to continue building brand recognition and supporting strategic partners in the markets that I oversee,” she said.

Sanchez said Gordon’s addition “further demonstrates TBI’s commitment to supporting our Texas-based partners, leveraging investments in our technical resources there and aligning partners to support IT transformations.”

Last week, TBI announced it is the latest U.S. master agent to expand to the United Kingdom.
