TBI Signs Net2phone in Supplier Agreement

TBI praised the Net2phone cloud communications portfolio. Here's what it means for partners.

TBI, the Chicago-based master agency, signed another supplier partner.

Net2phone is making its cloud communications portfolio available to TBI agents. The offers include a video conferencing system, cloud PBX and and Microsoft Teams direct routing.

Mike Onystok, TBI’s senior vice president of operations, said Net2Phone will help partners earn additional business. He praised the vendor’s “easy to deploy, flexible solutions.”

“Net2phone provides its partners with global opportunities,” Onystok said. “Demand for reliable communication services has accelerated rapidly as more businesses seek top providers with easy integrations.”

Net2phone president Jonah Fink cited TBI’s industry experience and cloud expertise as a reasons for partnering with the master agency.

Fink’s company vows to offer strong partner incentives and “deep commitment to the channel.” In addition, customer success teams will be on hand for agents.

Growing Distribution Footprint

Net2phone last week announced an agreement with P2 Telecom. The vendor has signed numerous distribution agreements over the last two years with master agents like Intelisys and Sandler Partners.

TBI has been bolstering its supplier portfolio this summer. It recently signed Aircall and 360 SOC for voice and cybersecurity capabilities, respectively. It also teamed up with the mobility management provider Wireless WatchDogs.

Net2Phone functions as a subsidiary of IDT Corp.. We recently wrote about two former national channel managers that moved to AireSpring.
