Telstra Uses Global Crossings Fast-Track Services

Telstra Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of the Australian carrier Telstra Corp. Ltd., has signed on to use Global Crossings wholesale Fast-Track portfolio so it can better roll out IP and network services to companies in North America.

In return, Telstra is providing Global Crossing with dedicated private line connectivity and managed services throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Fast-Track services include IP VPN, dedicated Internet access, ATM/frame relay and private line, and network services.

Telstra already has interconnection agreements in place with Global Crossing.
