Windstream, Nextiva Alum Joins Telarus to Develop Pacific Northwest
The new hire had been working for Telarus suppliers since 2012.
Telarus‘ newest employee draws from a deep resume of channel management.
Kirk Avaiusini now serves as Telarus’ senior partner development manager of the Pacific Northwest. He will work to recruit new partners and help existing partners deepen their portfolios with unified communications, security and contact center solutions. His partner base resides in Washington state and Oregon, where he has worked for much of his career.

“We are excited to welcome Kirk as our new senior partner development manager of the Pacific Northwest,” said Mike Bettilyon, area vice president of the West for Telarus. “We have known Kirk during his very successful career and are a huge fan of his work. He knows this business better than anyone; he knows who the players are, and most of all, he knows the value Telarus brings to our partners.”
Telarus last week named Bettilyon the leader of the newly formed West region, which resulted from the merging of the company’s California and Mountain West areas.

“In the past seven years I’ve had the privilege of working with Telarus partners in a channel management capacity, and I can honestly say that I am proud to finally join their field sales team as the senior partner development manager in the Pacific Northwest,” Avaiusini said. “Here in the Northwest, we have a slightly different culture than most areas. Sales partners are very relationship-driven and expect you to perform when called upon. Over the past 17 years, Telarus has continually invested in software, technology, and engineering expertise that partners here have come to rely on, and I plan to continue executing on that vision of helping them do more with less.”
