Ed Morales brings over 30 years of experience in IT channel sales and business development, with 22 years dedicated to IT distribution through leadership roles at Avnet, Tech Data, and TD SYNNEX.

In his current role as vice president, AI/DX Strategic Business Development & COE, North America, Morales focuses on driving AI and digital transformation strategies across the region. He leads key initiatives to accelerate AI adoption, foster innovation and deliver value to partners and customers through strategic programs and collaborations.

Previously, Morales served as Global VP of Security & High-Growth Business Development, reporting to CSO Sergio Farache, where he led the global strategy for the ~$6 billion security business and drove initiatives such as MSP Evolve, Destination AI, StreamOne, Practice Builder, Channel Academy and Partner of the Future.

He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and graduated with an MBA in Cybersecurity from Baylor University in 2022.
