Dragos partners now have access to the company’s new global partner program comprised of operational technology (OT) cybersecurity technology, services and threat Intelligence.

The Dragos Global Partner Program also includes training for partners to offer their customers assessment services based on Dragos’ assessment methodology. In addition, they can resell the Dragos platform, including asset discovery, threat detection and vulnerability management, and manage deployment for customers.

Jon Pringle, Dragos‘ vice president of U.S. channel, said this is a major expansion of the company’s existing program, which allowed resellers to sell the Dragos platform.

“Now global resellers can use our training to become experts in the industrial control system (ICS)/OT space and deliver Dragos’s software, services and threat intelligence,” he said.

Dragos Partners Can Increase Revenue, Deliver Positive Outcomes

Partners can offer their customers the full range of ICS/OT cybersecurity technology and services to increase revenue opportunity and deliver positive customer outcomes, according to Dragos.

“We saw a major opportunity in the marketplace to expand the capabilities of resellers to build larger ICS/OT practices using our recognized expertise in the marketplace,” Pringle said. “Other players focus on resellers selling the software, but not building their knowledge as OT security experts.”

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

Partners have expressed the need for help to expand their abilities in the ICS/OT space and build revenue beyond just reselling software, he said.

“We have a brand new portal system with streamlined deal registrations and tracking, access to our Dragos Academy with expanded training resellers, and the ability to co-brand marketing materials,” Pringle said.

“With the Dragos partner program, we achieve joint commercial success while at the same time helping our customers manage their cyber risk and secure their critical assets,” said Sean Tufts, practice director of ICS and IoT security at Optiv. “The comprehensive, unparalleled training we get from Dragos and the highly differentiated product offerings allow us to triage and investigate potential incidents for our customers, enabling quicker response and visibility into the breadth and depth of attacks, as well as affected devices. All this allows us to give our customers the confidence that their OT and industrial infrastructure are secure, resilient and compliant.”
