Cloud-enabled hosting, managed applications and services provider NaviSite, Inc. is partnering with Zensar Technologies, a software services and infrastructure management provider, to expand customer offerings and global reach.

The companies said the partnership will help them support clients looking to evolve their businesses through cloud-based managed services.

NaviSite Channel Program Senior Director Craig Sandman said in a statement that the new partnership will open up new opportunities for the company.

“This new partnership allows us to expand our service offerings to existing customers while reaching new customers through Zensar’s existing relationships in more than 140 countries,” he said. “Zensar’s cloud assessment service teams will work with NaviSite’s army of experts to help companies execute complex cloud migrations and architect a custom infrastructure to meet their unique business needs.”

Doug Fallon, VP of sales at Zensar noted the partnership will help his company cater to the OpEx consumption model that many customers want.

“NaviSite’s cloud services will enable Zensar to propose infrastructure solutions that are purely OpEx-based, and will help our customers build and execute a roadmap for cloud application migration,” he said.

In other NaviSite-related news, the company added two enhancements to its desktop as a service (DaaS) in October 2013.
