New, Changing Channel Programs: Vonage, ACC Business, Intelisys

Intelisys-ViaSat-Zailab
The master agent signed an agreement to distribute Viasat's business satellite internet solutions.
The partnership increases the vendor’s market reach by connecting to approximately 3,000 agents and gives Intelisys partners access to an assortment of new connectivity options.
Intelisys also has a new partnership with ZaiLab, a software company specializing in omnichannel, cloud-based contact center software.

ACC Business
ACC Business, the AT&T alternative brand for the channel, has expanded following an increased investment from the corporation.
The program increased its channel sales force by 50 percent in the last year and has expanded its market coverage. Channel Partners also learned that ACC has rolled out a new partner portal.

Vonage
An elite group of partners comprise Vonage's new partner program.
Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Facebook and others are part of the Nexmo Connect Partner Program (Nexmo Connect), which provides an extensive support system of Nexmo partners and experts that are ready to collaborate on building, selling and marketing.
Partners get access to Vonage's API platform, which Vonage obtained by acquiring Nexmo in 2016. The Nexmo Connect program is an extended version of the API program Vonage launched in April.

PlanetOne-8x8
PlanetOne Communications gave its subagents access to 8×8‘s portfolio of unified communications.
The Arizona-based master agent/distributor joined the vendor’s strategic channel partner program. The partnership gave PlanetOne an agreement with a highly touted supplier of contact center and cloud-based communications. 8×8 made its new communications platform generally available earlier this summer.

Broadvoice
Broadvoice launched its Public Sector Program (PSP) to help channel partners sell into government, education and not-for-profit organizations.
Broadvoice said it has extensive experience serving public-sector agencies and institutions, as well as on-staff experts who understand the requirements, mandates, resource challenges and procurement processes that are specific to the public sector. The program allows partners to use its expertise and resources to more effectively pursue these accounts and earn their business.

Netwrix
Cybersecurity firm Netwrix launched a new Partner Technical Certification Program designed to develop partner expertise and accelerate business growth.
The program aims to enable the technical teams at VARs, MSPs and distribution partners to efficiently sell the Netwrix Auditor platform, as well as to streamline their IT services and differentiate themselves from the competition, the company said.

Agari
The cloud-native email security vendor launched a new partner program for VARs.
This is the formal launch of his company’s first tiered partner program, which will offer increasing benefits to committed partners. Agari also appointed channel executives, including Mandeep Khera,who joined Agari as head of worldwide channel marketing, and Tracy Pallas, who joined the company as head of worldwide channel sales.

365 Data Centers
365 Data Centers launched a new, master-agent-centric channel program to coincide with the company’s transformation from a colocation to a hybrid IT services provider.
As 365 Data Centers rolls out network upgrades, and new cloud and virtual managed services, its channel partners are “benefiting from an array of solutions backed by unparalleled customer service and the company’s powerful, low-latency fiber infrastructure, with data centers strategically spread across 10 Tier 1 and 2 markets,” it said.

Zoomdata
Zoomdata launched its first global reseller partner program.
ZAP!, the Zoomdata Application Partner program, provides new and existing partners – both international and domestic – with benefits including: dedicated, in-house support representatives and integrated support systems; advanced training and timely updates as new features and functionalities roll out; direct access to marketing, sales and master-class resources; and a partner portal to track deal registration and share joint marketing assets.
Zoomdata is a visual analytics company with customers in telecom, pharma/life sciences and financial services.

Cyren
The Cybersecurity company unveiled its first global partner program with sights set on resellers, MSPs and distributors.
Cyren says the program gives partners an opportunity to predictably grow recurring revenue streams through 100 percent cloud-security products. Following Cyren’s strategic distribution agreement with Arrow Electronics, the GoCloud Partner Program is multi-tiered and includes a mix of support, incentives and technical enablement, as well as sales cycles averaging 45-60 days.

Comm100
The provider of enterprise-grade digital customer engagement tools launched its first partner program as part of its growth strategy.
The three-pronged program focuses on traditional channel partners reselling Comm100’s live chat, knowledge base and ticketing offerings; a white-label channel for larger global or vertical-specific partners, BPOs and MSPs; and an OEM channel for embedding its offerings within other customer-engagement platforms.

Cloud-simulation platform Rescale unveiled its new Powered by Rescale partner program with IBM as its first technology partner.
Partners now have the ability to provide turnkey high-performance computing (HPC) in the cloud. The program also provides pay-per-use metering and billing of software and hardware through the partner, as well as integrations with a partner’s billing and customer relationship management (CRM) system. IBM is collaborating with Rescale to provide a full-stack, HPC solution in the IBM Cloud for enterprises.

Unified communications providers increased their channel footprints last month.
PlanetOne is now a member of 8×8‘s partner program, and its subagents will sell the UCaaS vendor’s platform. Broadvoice and Vonage both rolled out specialized channel programs.
Our monthly recap of channel changes usually provides a healthy mix of vendor types, but last month leaned more in the favor of IT. Security providers like Netwrix and Cyren added new programs for their partners, and Comm100 is letting partners in on its customer engagement tools.
But we also saw ACC Business, one of the fixtures of the channel, celebrate its recent investment in staffing and partner resources.
