Rubberstamp.io has rolled out a new partner program, touting competitive margins and open to all resellers, no matter their industry.

Resellers start on the gold level, and after a few months, progress to platinum or authorized, depending on their performance, the company said. Additionally, they will “enjoy high commission rates for the duration of their customers’ subscriptions,” it said. Its purchase-order software provides an instant view into purchasing transactions.

James Kennedy, Rubberstamp.io’s co-founder and CEO, tells Channel Partners this is his company’s first formal partner program.

“What prompted us to start one was that we noticed that about a fifth of people registering for our software were looking for a solution on behalf of a customer,” he said. “As a new program, it is currently free to enroll — unlike some other programs. It also includes onboarding and first-line support of the product, leaving partners free to concentrate on generating new sales. Finally, we operate on the basis of ‘registered leads,’ which avoids a ‘hunger games’ situation where several partners are vying for the same account.”

Program benefits include: a recurring revenue model and quick payout; inclusion in a reseller map and locator; approval, support and pricing — plus 10 percent extra margin for all registered deals; free product and market training; and online webinars designed to help partners sell.

“We focus tightly on generating purchase orders and gathering approvals,” Kennedy said. “This makes our product well suited to work alongside tools that handle other parts of a business process. Project management, proposal generation and CRM tools all work hand in hand with our solution. As such, partners who sell complementary products can cross-sell without worrying about competing.”

Cytocrom is a Mexico-based consultancy firm focused on marketing, business and technology. It offers products and services for SMBs and large enterprises.

“Rubberstamp.io opens niche markets in Mexico and other countries from (Latin America) where the main target is looking for procurement management software in the cloud, easy to deploy, use and communicate,” said Francisco León, Cytocrom’s founder and sales director. “The communication and customer service from Rubberstamp.io is superb, delivering excellent partner support, providing all the tools necessary to keep track before, during and after closing a deal. The new program will bring benefits to all channels, and will develop long-term relationships with current and potential customers in the region.”
