CHANNEL PARTNERS CONFERENCE & EXPO — TPx Communications (booth 1717) is offering new financial incentives to partners and growing its team in 2023.

The Austin, Texas-based managed services provider announced at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo that it is expanding its channel efforts in a variety of areas, including new SPIFFs. The company also said that partners selling TPx services to new customers in the second quarter can earn multiple cash prize drawings that add up to $10,000.

In addition, TPx Communications has increased its channel team by 22%. That includes sales directors and channel managers, as well as a dedicated inside channel manager. Stacy Conrad has been leading TPx’s channel sales since 2021.

The company late in March announced a partnership expansion with the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA). TPx functions as the ACA’s security partner of choice for helping its members meet compliance for the upcoming Safeguards Rule deadline. The rule ensures that financial institutions are keeping customer information secure. That deadline is June 9.

Moreover, TPx Communications unveiled a “Security Toolkit” which educates partners on how to sell cybersecurity.

Background

The company previously went under the brand TelePacific Communications, before restyling itself and moving away from its identity as a CLEC. Executives at the time said they wanted to position the company as a managed services carrier with a national footprint. The company has gone on to place in the Channel Futures MSP 501 list of top managed service providers in the world.

The company is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, and as a result, will host related events across the U.S. to celebrate the birthday.
