VMware Partner Achievement Awards Recognize HPE, Wipro, Atos, More

VMware has unveiled the worldwide and regional winners of its 2023 partner achievement awards. This year’s worldwide winners are Atos, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Wipro. VMware honored more than 30 ecosystem partners in delivering “demonstrable customer outcomes and societal impact” over the last year.

Ricky Cooper, head of worldwide partner and commercial sales at VMware, said it’s been remarkable what the company has been able to achieve.

“VMware owes much of its success to the tremendous partner ecosystem we’ve created. Without these partners, without their innovation, without the constant steps forward, we wouldn’t be the company that we are. They’ve humbled me over this past year working with them,” Cooper said. “I’ve listened a great deal and I’ve learned so much about how they’re evolving and about what they need from VMware to win in the market. This is truly my favorite time of year, when we get stop and honor partners from around the world for their commitments to our shared customers, and their continued investments in their VMware businesses. It’s truly the age of the partner.”

Worldwide VMware Partner of the Year — HPE. HPE and VMware work with more than 200,000 mutual customers. Over the past year, the companies announced HPE GreenLake for VMware, bringing together HPE GreenLake and VMware Cloud. This is a fully integrated solution with a pay-as-you-go hybrid cloud consumption model.

Worldwide VMware Cloud Innovation and SAAS Transformation Award — Wipro. In 2022, Wipro launched a new dedicated VMware-focused business unit focused on streamlining VMware implementations and accelerating deployment of applications, leading to better, faster ROI.

Worldwide VMware Partner Lifecycle Services Award — Atos. Atos is one of VMware’s largest and most strategic partners across EMEA, with more than 1,300 professionals trained and certified in VMware Technology. In winning the Partner Lifecycle Services award, Atos demonstrated how the company helped a large industrial manufacturing client with its digitization initiative.
