Whether your company develops, implements, resells or offers managed services, customer success should be your driving business purpose–particularly in the cloud landscape.

As mentioned in June during Oracle’s FY18 Global Partner Kickoff, customer success is as important to your business as it is ours. Accordingly, to build on this rapidly evolving industry term and momentum, Oracle has announced a new cloud program within the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) framework. Officially launching at Oracle OpenWorld in October, the Cloud Excellence Implementer (CEI) Program recognizes implementation success and will play a critical role in ensuring that we– both Oracle and our partners–deliver on our joint customers’ high expectations for Oracle Cloud.

Implementation Crucial to Customer Success

Oracle is committed to delivering customers a spectacular experience with Oracle Cloud, and our trusted OPN partners are essential to carrying out this mission. Implementation is at the forefront of the cloud journey and fundamental to a customer’s ability to realize the full potential of Oracle Cloud. Accordingly, the CEI program was developed to help customers identify and engage with implementing firms that best align to their specific needs during this pivotal stage of cloud transformation.

Recognizing Excellence in Cloud Implementation

The CEI program recognizes OPN partners who demonstrate ongoing expertise, project success and customer satisfaction during Oracle SaaS Cloud implementations. Rather than focusing on sales statistics, this dynamic new program rewards firms for proven and sustained exceptional performance in implementing a specific cloud service module within a defined geography. Achieving Cloud Excellence Implementer status is an unparalleled opportunity for further market differentiation, recognition, high value OPN benefits and deeper engagement with Oracle.

Apply Now

OPN members who are interested and meet the criteria to attain CEI status may now apply on the OPN Portal. In order to retain CEI status, partners accepted to the program must continue to demonstrate excellence in cloud implementation by meeting a set of ongoing qualifying criteria. We encourage you to apply soon, as we plan to begin customer outreach in October at Oracle OpenWorld–including sharing the initial approved OPN partners who have achieved CEI status.

Resources

Oracle is committed to achieving and maintaining customer success, and we hope you’ll join us on this mission through the CEI program if you’re not already onboard.
