“NLT Secure helps expand our service capabilities in South America,” she said. “Having worked with the Arkavia team for a number of years, and more recently Cuatroi, we are confident NLT Secure will bring tremendous talent and capability to our clients.”

Cerberus Sentinel was designed from inception to attract, retain and empower cybersecurity professionals on a global basis, Devoto said.

“With over 3.5 million jobs open in cyber worldwide, we are always seeking to add talent to our organization,” she said.

Cerberus Sentinel has a growing number of customers with assets in South America, Devoto said. This Cerberus Sentinel acquisition in Latin America allows the company to bring more talent to help better secure their networks.

“Talent is always a competitive advantage,” she said. “We also think of cybersecurity as a global issue that requires a diversified geographic footprint to deliver at scale.”

Other Cerberus Sentinel acquisitions include CyberViking, Creatrix, True Digital Security and Atlantic Technology Systems. In addition, it expanded internationally with the acquisition of Arkavia Networks in Chile.

“NLT Secure has created a partner-ready philosophy that allows different small-medium and large integrators to expand their relationship with their customers by adding cybersecurity solutions and managed services as part of their offering to customers,” Espinoza said. “The Cerberus Sentinel agreement allows for the increase in our combined offering enabling additional growth opportunities for our partners.”
