AT&T’s three indirect channel programs will undergo a major change in leadership as Brooks McCorcle, president of AT&T Partner Solutions, departs from the organization.

AT&T’s Brooks McCorcle

McCorcle, is retiring after almost 30 years of leadership with AT&T. The company’s three indirect channel programs – Partner Exchange, ACC Business and Alliance Channel – will all be affected as AT&T appoints two new channel executives and puts all of the channels under AT&T Partner Solutions.

AT&T has tasked Zee Hussain, division president of AT&T Partner Solutions, with leading the three programs. The company says Hussain brings strong experience in managing “solutions-based relationships with third-party solution providers.” He will report to AT&T President of National Business Anne Chow. Chow is also new to her job and will “help drive the ongoing vision” of AT&T’s channel efforts. She has served in the role since April, according to her LinkedIn profile. She previously worked as vice president of integrator solutions for AT&T.

AT&T Wholesale has become its own division outside of AT&T Partner Solutions, which formerly housed it. Xavier Williams, a 20-plus year veteran of the company, will serve as president of AT&T Business Operations and Wholesale Markets.

AT&T made the announcement Tuesday morning, and details are forthcoming.

“This realignment lets us further elevate the experience we bring to our solution providers and wholesale customers,” the company wrote.

The company will likely elaborate further at next week’s AT&T Partner Exchange Summit. McCorcle was a keynote presenter at the conference last year and spoke to Channel Partners about mobility and IoT opportunities.
