Autotask customers, get ready to head to Miami. The professional services automation (PSA) provider has announced the agenda for its eighth-annual Autotask Community Live! (ACL) conference at the Trump National Doral Miami from May 17 to 19.

Executives say this year’s event combines business strategy tracks with product training that is customizable by role and experience. The event will feature educational sessions presented or co-presented by IT service providers and MSP users of Autotask products.

The ACL agenda includes the following:

  • Autotask and Autotask Endpoint Management (AEM) boot camps

  • Managed services business strategy and endpoint management tracks

  • Service delivery, operations and sales and marketing tracks

  • Sharing of widget and key performance indicator (KPI) best practices from Autotask users since Autotask launched its new UI

  • A sponsor showcase

Autotask noted that this year’s event offers many networking opportunities to attendees and even gives them a chance to golf at the home of the PGA World Golf Championship – Cadillac Championship.

“ACL provides attendees with peer networking in a first-class environment and education and training they can apply to their businesses as soon as they return home,” an Autotask spokesperson told MSPmentor. “Attendees will get to meet the top vendors in the industry who show up and support the Autotask community. They will also get to meet their existing vendor partners, and new ones, who can help them increase recurring revenue business and take them into new solutions they can implement for their end clients.”

Len DiCostanzo, Autotask’s senior vice president of community and business development, pointed out that past ACL attendees have seen 20 percent revenue increases after the event.

He also said Autotask data showed that “further exponential revenue increases occur with deeper adoption of [Autotask’s] efficiency, accountability and intelligence tools.”

A complete conference agenda is available here.

Also, Autotask is offering global training and business-building events to customers across the globe. These events began last month and will be held through May.
