Clarke now serves as director of partner experience, leading Nitel’s partner advocate team and overseeing the company’s Elite Partner Program. Nitel launched the program in September 2017.

“Stacey has demonstrated a unique ability to connect with partners by understanding their needs and delivering value,” said Taylor Castranova, Nitel’s senior vice president of sales and account development. “We are excited for Stacey to engage with all partners across the country in an effort to drive the success of their businesses.”

Nitel said in its announcement that Clarke will “interface directly with top partners nationwide.” She supported partners on the east coast in the last year and a half as Nitel’s regional channel director for Washington, D.C., Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

“The CNSG team has always valued Stacey Clarke’s high level of integrity, work ethic and thorough responsiveness supporting our partners and clients,” said Ali Niroo, founding partner of the master agent CNSG. “There is little doubt Stacey will succeed in her new endeavor. We are very happy to be aligned with Nitel.”

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in July.

Clarke joined Nitel in 2018 from Verizon Enterprise, where she was a senior client executive. She worked at Paetec/Windstream from 2006 to 2018 in a variety of roles, including regional director of sales. She worked alongside Castranova, who came over from Windstream in 2017 to serve as Nitel’s channel chief. A team of channel experts recently acknowledged Castranova in our new Top Gun 51 awards.

We’ve written about numerous Nitel employees moving to the master agency side of the channel this summer. Chris Shubert, Nitel’s vice president of partner experience, recently joined CNSG.
