Cloud and security provider Effortless Office has appointed John Walters, a channel vet with more than 20 years of technology and telecommunications sales experience, as a new national channel manager.
Walters will help with national expansion by growing, training and supporting Effortless’s partner base within the channel. His previous experience includes positions such as channel sales manager at EarthLink Business, which was purchased by Windstream, and sales director at Telx, which was purchased by Digital Realty.

“I am so excited to be a part of the Effortless team,” he said. “The solution set is fantastic, the focus on engineering is second to none in the cloud space, and the company culture makes Effortless the complete package. Although each of these criteria is important, what did it for me is Effortless’ commitment to customer experience all the way up the leadership chain to the CEO. Our partners want to work with organizations that not only implement well but follow up on that implementation with proactive support for the end users with quick response to their needs. Happy end users make happy partners, and happy partners promote exponential growth. I can’t wait to get started.”

“However, we felt it was time to make an aggressive push with our expansion,” he said. “When we had the opportunity to speak with John, we immediately knew he was someone we wanted to join our already incredible team. We look forward to expanding our market share and are confident he will greatly assist us by helping to lead the way.”
