Enterprise Connect 2023 Expo Hall: RingCentral, VMware, Five9, Cisco, More

“What would have taken me hours in the past, it would happen within just seconds with [Microsoft 365] Copilot,” Nicole Herskowitz, Microsoft Teams vice president, said of the next-generation AI tool.
At Enterprise Connect, RingCentral officials launched RingSense for Sales, a new kind of conversation intelligence platform that can, among other things, automate mundane tasks so reps can focus on sales.
At the company’s booth on the expo floor, passersby could fill out a survey to get a mixed drink.
“[DTEN] always talks about this concept of collaboration equity because we want to know all the barriers of entry to be heard and to be seen…At Enterprise Connect we want to make sure everyone connects DTEN with collaboration equity for every meeting space.”
Officials at Genesys channeled their inner artist with this colorful display on the expo floor.
“We’re here to make sure we introduce conversational CX and make sure the attendees learn about AI-driven CX journeys.”
“For us the show represents all of what our customers and partners are focused on. We’re here to support everyone in their journey toward collaboration, specifically in our efforts to secure the edge and provide connectivity no matter where the user or branch exists.”
Enterprise Connect 2023 took place at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
The language capabilities of conversational AI tools are so precise these days that even Google engineers can’t distinguish between them and the human voice. These tools can recognize 1,000 languages and have a 98% accuracy rate in English.

These conversations push us to invent and innovate on behalf of our customers. This week we were pleased to launch Call Analytics for Amazon Chime SDK. Customers appear to be excited by the ML-based analytics they can derive from all their recorded and transcribed communications.”
“Here we want to show how far contact centers have come, what’s coming after the contact center and what UJET and Google are doing to enable their customers to have a better experience. It’s also great to meet other customers and partners in person.”
Officials from Ireland-based Klearcom traveled across the pond to make it to Orlando for this week’s event. The company said the world’s “leading” organizations depend on Klearcom for end-to-end IVR testing, IVR test automation, assurance and analytics.
Conference goers couldn’t miss the bold red of the Twilio logo.
“[Enterprise Connect] is the perfect opportunity to engage with the leading concepts as well as the best and brightest in the industry.”
“We help CTOs, CIOs and other data leaders secure, tame, manage and visualize data. Here we hope to have conversations with IT leaders about the security and performance of their data.”
Ribbon officials said the company is a premiere voice security organization that offers a full suite of IP optical products. Considering the audience at Enterprise Connect, it’s probably something most people were aware of.
“[This conference] is an opportunity to meet with partners to have fruitful discussions so we can be part of that ecosystem.”
Cisco rolled out several new offerings at this year’s Enterprise Connect. During its keynote, officials discussed how the company’s new video technology will offer a “cinematic” experience for users.
Regal is an outbound phone and SMS sales solution that promises to drive more conversations. It supports thousands or reps, millions of customer interactions and billions of real-time events, officials said. The company’s tagline is “treat your customers like royalty.”

ENTERPRISE CONNECT — Enterprise Connect 2023 brought together more than 170 organizations and countless attendees within the enterprise space to the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, this week. Conference sessions and keynotes highlighted the advancement of artificial intelligence in UCaaS and CCaaS, as tech giants such as Google Cloud, Microsoft, Zoom and more unveiled their latest AI offerings.
Lan Ye, corporate vice president of Microsoft Teams CMD group, might have summed it up best.
“It’s as exciting as it gets,” Ye said about the promise of generative AI.
