Intelisys’ Rick Ribas

Rick Ribas, Intelisys’ senior vice president of national sales, said net2phone meets the needs of globally integrated and “technologically demanding” businesses.

“net2phone’s feature-rich unified communications solutions offer a telco-grade platform, delivering a viable and valuable solution that we are pleased to make available to our network of top-performing sales partners,” Ribas said.

net2phone offers a VoIP phone feature set and allows its users to manage their communications from a variety of devices, including PCs, office phones and mobile devices. The service connects to mobile via iOS and Android applications.

net2phone President Jonah Fink said his company chose the master agent for its “focus on global technology markets and UCaaS services.”

“We understand both the opportunities and the challenges that technology sales partners face as they work to meet the communications needs of their business clients, and we have designed our offering to empower them every step of the way,” Fink said.

Ribas credited the vendor taking a partner-friendly approach to the market. net2phone partnered with master agents GCG and TeleDomani in 2018.

“net2phone’s channel-centric business model demonstrates both a commitment to the channel and an appreciation for the value that our sales partners bring to their clients,” Ribas said.

On a tangential note, Brandon Knight, Intelisys cloud evangelist, recently wrote about the consultative process of selling contact center as a service (CCaaS).
