Kancharla Unveils ADMIN Portal

Hosted VoIP services provider Kancharla is demonstrating the latest version of its ADMIN Portal at the Internet Telephony Conference & Expo in Florida.

The portal is an automated service delivery platform that allows service providers to manage their VoIP-enabled services using a Web browser.

The portal also lets users order, provision and manage DID inventory, submit and track LNP orders, create and modify rate plans, create and bill customers, modify E-911 addresses, amongst other capabilities.

“Our carrier partners have been looking for efficiency in how they manage service delivery,” said Anil Reddy, CEO of Kancharla. “Our portal provides that efficiency by allowing them to automate the management of service delivery.”
