LogMeIn has launched GoTo Marketplace, a single point of access to all of the applications and productivity tools that integrate with the company’s GoTo suite of unified communications and collaboration (UCC) products.

LogMeIn also unveiled new and improved integrations for the GoTo portfolio, such as Salesforce Lightning, Theta Lake, Clio, Zoho and Prezi.

Steve Weinstock, senior director of LogMeIn‘s UCC strategic alliances program, tells Channel Partners with GoTo Marketplace customers can personalize their workflows to fit their needs, regardless of the field they work in.

“Our integrations span many verticals, with everything from legal and health, to marketing, sales and education,” he said. “This marketplace and the new integrations available will create opportunities that may have been overlooked previously, as customers want solutions that fit into their current ecosystem. With GoTo Marketplace, we can now not only better fit into partners’ ecosystems, but we can also help them drive greater productivity and efficiency within their communication and collaboration workflows.”

For example, a legal firm using Clio as their main CRM software may have benefited from a reliable phone system and web, audio and video conferencing software with GoToConnect, but without integration capabilities it was just another tool they had to manage manually outside of their main CRM system, Weinstock said. Now with the integration, legal practices can receive alerts through automated screen pops when a current client is calling, and call-tracking to ensure that a recent or past call can be attributed to a time entry which can later be billed in Clio, he said. New matters also can be created or attributed to a call in Jive and instantly synced to Clio.

“Law firms need powerful technology to make their lives, and the lives of their customers, easier,” said Andrew Gay, Clio’s manager of app and developer ecosystem. “That’s why we chose to partner with LogMeIn and their GoTo suite of products. Combining Clio Manage, Clio’s leading practice management software, with Jive, offers law firms across the globe the ability to capture more billable hours and improve a client’s overall experience.”

The GoTo Marketplace was built for customers to more easily access all of the applications that integrate with GoTo’s suite of products, such as GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Jive and GoToConnect, which combines Jive’s cloud VoIP phone systems with GoToMeeting’s web, audio and video conferencing. Customers can begin using the GoTo suite with applications and productivity tools – ranging from sales, marketing and customer support tools, to scheduling, collaboration, education and learning apps – from one website.

“LogMeIn is in the unique position of having a full suite of solutions (meetings, telephony, webinars, rooms, etc.) to address customers of any size, and their needs for productivity enhancements within their existing workflows,” Weinstock said. “Increasingly, our customers are looking for a quick way to add valuable tools for their customer’s use. And not just add any tools, but tools that work together. Having a set of integrations into the end user’s tools, all located in one comprehensive marketplace with clear value propositions and installation guides, enables them to easily build out their ideal workflow and ultimately work the way they want to work.”
