Pax8 on Monday said the RingCentral Office solution is now on its line card. That’s because the cloud distributor joined the RingCentral partner program.

The new offer from Pax8 features RingCentral’s Office solution. That includes message, video and phone (MVP) capabilities, and RingCentral Cloud PBX for Microsoft Teams.

“As we continue to expand our networking and communication solutions for our partners, we are excited to join forces with RingCentral,” said Pryfogle. “RingCentral’s solutions offer secure and reliable technology to enable people to work from anywhere through their best-in-class cloud communications and collaboration platform.”

RingCentral says Office helps business work from anywhere. The Pax8 offering helps partners solve their business customer’s work-from-home challenges with a unified communication solution.

“This new integration gives customers even more flexibility and choice when it comes to how they communicate,” Long told Channel Partners in June. “For example, organizations that are already using Microsoft Teams for team messaging can now access RingCentral’s enterprise PBX Cloud capabilities easily and intuitively from within their Teams environment to drive greater productivity. With RingCentral Cloud PBX for Microsoft Teams, all communication and collaboration essentials live in a single platform, so customers can save time and money, and enjoy an industry-leading enterprise PBX while simplifying the user experience.”

The Pax8 line card has been filling up this year. In April, Pax8 and Evolve IP partnered to offer an MSP unified communications solution. The new offer integrates Microsoft Teams with Cisco’s VoIP communication platform.

At Microsoft Inspire digital, held last week, Microsoft announced enhancements to Teams making it more extensible, and an even bigger partner opportunity.

The company also said that adoption of Teams has tripled; Microsoft now boasts 75 million subscribers since the onset of the global pandemic.
