Spectrum Enterprise has unveiled UC with Webex, a solution that simplifies collaboration for employees and customers.

The company designed UC with Webex for midmarket and enterprise clients, and it supports workplace transformation initiatives. The enhanced UC solution integrates virtual workspaces and third-party applications into one cloud-based platform.

It provides user collaboration experiences from anywhere on any device nationwide.

“Partners who leverage UC with Webex will be able to address more of the needs of their clients with an all-inclusive collaboration solution that brings together Spectrum Enterprise managed services and voice calling with the advanced messaging, meeting, content management and app-based capabilities of Webex. Yes, it will create new opportunities for partners.”

Here’s our most recent list of new products and services that agents, VARs, MSPs and other partners offer.

UC with Webex is supported by a service level agreement (SLA). That guarantees service from the network to the end user’s IP phones. Additional UC options include adding hosted call center, omnichannel capabilities and customer relationship management (CRM) integrations.

Solving Hybrid Workforce Needs

“Partners who add UC with Webex to their sales portfolio will help clients tailor a complete solution,” Kadlacek said. “Partners can now offer a solution that solves the needs of the hybrid workforce with UC with Webex. UC with Webex has an intuitive desktop, mobile and smartphone application that can access all features – calling, messaging and conferencing – from the office to anywhere else with an internet connection.”

In February, Spectrum Enterprise launched Managed Network Edge (MNE), a managed network solution based on the Cisco Meraki platform. It aims to simplify the implementation and management of single and multilocation LAN/WAN.

“Partners who add MNE to their sales portfolio will help clients tailor a complete solution to simplify network management and modernize their network,” Kadlacek said.

Javed Khan is senior vice president and general manager of Cisco Collaboration.

“For companies to get the most benefit from Webex, it must run on a secure and reliable network like the private Spectrum Enterprise fiber network,” he said. “Teaming allows us to create an all-in-one communications and collaboration solution that provides organizations with both the best collaboration tools and the best network to support their needs. And, by working together, we can more rapidly provide businesses with the new tools and solutions they will demand as collaboration continues to evolve over the next couple of years.”
