VeriStor Systems is expanding its cloud and managed-services practice.

“With the rise of modern cloud computing, data protection is more relevant than ever,” said Michael Stolarczyk, vice president of cloud managed services for VeriStor. “Organizations must be equipped to drive the scalability and agility they require from their data-protection solutions with 100 percent confidence. No one delivers cloud data protection better than VeriStor. With our expanding team of experts, we’re ready to support customers with the efficient, always-on cloud they can rely on.”

VeriStor promoted John Kauffmann to vice president of cloud operations in order to support the move. Kauffmann had been working with VeriStor since 2014 after working for six years as a director of professional services at the MSP Softchoice.{ad}

“At VeriStor, we are the experts in helping customers adapt to the changing landscape of IT,” Kauffmann said. “When entrusting data and operations to the cloud, customers want to have complete assurance in their cloud service provider. We deliver that confidence along with the operational excellence that comes from years of field proven expertise. I truly believe that VeriStor delivers cloud services better than anyone in the industry and we’re out to demonstrate that now, across the country.”

In addition to the newly announced cloud data protection, VeriStor’s portfolio includes cloud disaster recovery, cloud backup and cloud archiving services.
