That’s Ryan Bruns on the left. She’s a new channel account manager for the Rockies at 8×8. She has held numerous direct and indirect sales channel positions over the years, most recently at Pax8.
Based in Australia, David Hand (right) has a new gig as channel account manager with 8×8. This comes after more than three years with Avaya.
Sandy Hogan surprised many in the channel when she said she would leave VMware on July 6, to pursue another yet-to-be-announced opportunity.
Ricky Cooper takes over as lead for VMware ’s Worldwide Partner and Commercial Organization, at least in the interim.
We’ll be keeping tabs on where Hogan lands. For now, read more about the departure of the seniov VP, worldwide commercial sales and partner ecosystem, who spent two-and-a-half years at the company and 15 at Cisco.
RapidScale, a Cox Business company, turned to Therese McGovern to fill a position as national channel manager. She’s responsible for supporting the company’s cloud solutions consultants.
Her previous experience includes stops at TierPoint, INAP and Coresite.
Two longtime AT&Ters got new roles within the channel organization.
Will Harvey becomes VP, business planning and development, indirect channels; Randall Porter is now VP of strategic alliances at AT&T Business, meaning he will oversee sales teams for AT&T Partner Exchange, Alliance Channel and ACC Business.

A pair of notable personnel moves at Pax8, the cloud marketplace operator.
That’s Jennifer Grimaldi on the left, now senior director of field and partner marketing. Her most notable experience is nearly five years at OpenText.
Kipp Johnson, now based in the Netherlands, got a promotion to VP of sales, Europe.
Patricia Murphy joins security giant Palo Alto Networks from Apple in France.
Her role at Palo Alto is VP of ecosystems, partners and strategic alliances for EMEA and LATAM. She will lead the company’s ecosystem organization in those regions and be a key member of the executive team.
That’s Ali Kassoff, whose new title is alliance director at Nitel, the next-gen tech services provider.
She brings experience from Unitas Global, Cbeyond and more.
Nextiva, the “connected communications” company, promoted Haley Duth to manager, enterprise onboarding.
She’s been with the company for nearly three years.
Netsurion, the managed security provider, tapped John Addeo as its new chief revenue officeer.
Addeo most recently was director of North American channel partners at Rapid7, the security analytics and automation company.
Chris Holloway just made the jump from TBI to NetFortris, a Sangoma company, where he is VP of sales.
He’s also a veteran of Logix Fiber, Fuze and what is now Fusion Connect.
Christy Goodwin-Sacco is the new worldwide device partner go-to-market investments and programs lead for Microsoft. This comes after a seven-and-a-half-year run at Panasonic NA.
She also brings experience from ConnectWise.
Security company KnowBe4 has a new channel account manager in Ryan Heip Mai. You might know him best from his inside sales days (more than six years) at Synnex.
Career advancement was in the cards for Thomas Legare (left), whom Intelisys promoted to senior director, solutions engineering.
He’s been with the tech services distributor for nearly five years, after long runs at Windstream and AT&T.
Also promoted is Patrick Chen, to director of regional engineering. He’s been with the tech services distributor for three-and-a-half years.
Cybersecurity company Radware has a new regional channel sales manager. It’s Tomasz Owczarek, who comes to the company after three years at TELUS.
James “JT” Lewis takes the role of channel director, EMEA and APJ, with Infinidat, the provider of enterprise storage solutions.
Based in Frankfurt, Lewis most recently worked for Data Interchange as head of channel sales and was the strategy and growth officer for Altdata Technology Solutions.
Andy Zollo comes to Imperva from Arcserve, where he was executive VP of worldwide sales. At Imperva, he will be regional VP of EMEA.
Zollo also brings experience from Dell and StorageCraft.
Imperva is a cybersecurity company focused on data and applications.
Chrissy Hines is the new VP, channel and strategic alliances, at Hivelocity.
Hines brings experience from Netrality Data Centers, Upstack, Time Warner Cable and more.
GTT named Blaise Brady its VP of partner development. His goal will be to expand and deepen the company’s relationships with technology service distributors.
He’s well-known from his days at CenturyLink, and most recently QOS Networks, which Zayo acquired.

AireSpring turned to Rob Bauman to be its next regional channel manager in Florida.
The managed services, cloud and connectivity company got Bauman from Texium, where he was in sales and account management.
Ramiro Ramirez comes to tech services distributor Avant from Convergia USA, where he was a senior channel manager. At Avant, he holds a similar title.
He also spent seven years at Nexogy.
Based in Israel, Dorit Rosen takes on the role of partner enablement associate at Monday.com, the cloud-based platform.
Her last job was operations manager at a boarding school.
David Wigglesworth’s new position is global VP of sales at Panzura, the hybrid cloud data management software provider.
You might know him from Commvault, VMware or a few other stops at tech companies.
Keenan Abild joins SD-WAN provider Bigleaf‘s team from AppSmart, where he spent the last two-and-a-half years.
Abild’s title is partner development manager.
Blackpoint Cyber hired Catherine Garrett as its newest channel engagement manager.
Garrett brings experience from Armor Cybersecurity and Datto.
Formerly with Anaplan, Sue McKinney is the new VP of engineering at Cisco AppDynamics, the real-time application performance monitoring solution.
McKinney’s other former employers include Cloudera, Veritas, Symantec and IBM.
Bernadine Maes got promoted from senior partner account coordinator to inside partner sales manager at Comcast Business.
She’s been with the company for nine years, broken in half by two years at Frontier Communications.
Larry Stengren landed at CommandLink as national channel director.
TPx, Nitel and Navisite are some of his previous employers.
Meet Michael Chase, new channel sales director at Commio, the communications-platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) provider.
Chase has 25 years of experience, most recently with LogMeIn (now GoTo).
Cradlepoint, the provider of cloud-delivered 5G and LTE wireless network edge solutions, appointed Sarah Ralston-Good to lead the company’s enterprise elite partners across the UK and Ireland.
She has 20 years of experience, most recently as EMEA director of partner marketing and programmes at Juniper Networks.

You probably know Jackie Steinberg from her days as regional partner development manager for AT&T. In fact, she made the first-ever sale for AT&T’s ACC Business partner program.
Now Steinberg takes on the role of channel chief at DartPoints, which offers a suite of cloud, interconnection, colocation and managed services.
London-based DataOps.live, the data analytics provider, hired John Marchese as its new executive VP of strategic business, alliances and channels.
Marchese most recently worked at Okera, where he drove corporate growth through a partner-focused go-to-market model.
Meet Adriana Hayes, the new VP of client success at Dynamic Network Advisors, which does IT consulting for the health care market.
Hayes has plenty of chops in the channel, having spent the last eight years at Telarus, most recently as strategic development manager.
A coup for the Google Cloud team as they lured Stephen Orban away from AWS. He will start later this year, presumably after a no-complete clause expires.
Look for the AWS vet to develop strategy and programs for customers migrating to Google Cloud.

Matt Scully is the new channel chief at Redstor, the data management provider.
His last gig was senior channel development manager at Mailprotector.
Congratulate Larry Crabtree on his new position as director of partner sales, West, at RingCentral.
It’s a promotion for Crabtree, who has been with the company more than six years. His previous employers include Vonage, Birch and Cbeyond.
Tech services distributor Sandler Partners named Michele Johnson director, channel, southern California.
Johnson spent nearly 19 years at AT&T and three at Sungard Availability Services before joining Sandler.
Dennis Dowd, a CyrusOne and AppDynamics veteran, joined SecureAuth as its new vice president of worldwide sales.
Dowd leads the company’s direct and channel sales teams.

Stephan Tallent, who you undoubtedly know from his days at Cybereason and Fortinet, is the new worldwide VP, service provider, at Stellar Cyber.
Timm Hoyt brings a ton of experience to his new job as SVP of global channels and alliances at Sumo Logic, the cloud-based machine data analytics company focused on security, operations and business intelligence use cases.
He has 20 years of experience at companies such as PagerDuty, Druva, Atlantis Computing, Skyera, and Brocade.
That there is Andrew Ballema, the new VP of advisory services at Tangoe, the expense management provider.
Ballema was at MNJ Technologies for two-and-a-half years, but has spent the bulk of his career at CDW.
Known for 24 years at Tech Data and then TD Synnex after the merger, Heather Murray, VP of vendor marketing, announced on LinkedIn that she was leaving the company.
No word yet where she’s headed, but we’ll let you know as soon as we know.

What a month for Telarus, the technology solutions brokerage.
First, the company brought in Telegration and AppSmart veteran Tim Basa (right) as senior VP of sales.
Then, the company announced the blockbuster acquisition of TCG, resulting in TCG managing partner Dan Pirigyi (left) and his team joining the company. Pirigyi’s new title is senior VP of strategic partners.
Craig Hoile is the new head of channel sales at Tollring, the analytics solutions provider with offices in the UK, U.S. and Australia.
Hoile brings channel experience from Virgin Media O2, Microsoft and Vodafone.
You’re looking at Ross Spero, new VP, portfolio strategy and product management at TPx, the managed services and UCaaS provider.
It’s a promotion for Spero, who has been with the company for nearly seven years.
It’s a promotion for Wesley Nelson at security giant Trend Micro. He’s now senior partner alliance manager.
Nelson has been with the company for three-and-a-half years; before that, he spent four-and-a-half at Synnex.
Email security provider Vade has a new VP of marketing.
It’s Brian Fravel, who has channel expertise, which the company says will help it to expand its core market and name recognition.
Fravel’s previous employers include Intel, DaBella and Veelo.
Michael Fiacco is the new chief revenue officer at Windstream Enterprise. He comes to Windstream from Lumen, where he was senior VP for the East and financial services vertical.
Fiacco will oversee all sales and marketing functions. He will focus on converting customers to next-generation products such as its SD-WAN, OfficeSuite UC and managed SASE solutions.
It’s a two-fer at tech services distributor TBI.
Say hello to Jorel Potts (left), business development manager. He comes over from Fusion Connect, also bringing experience from Windstream and TPx.
On the right, that’s Peter Trinh. The cybersecurity expert joins the engineering team at TBI. His last job was senior director for North American channels, U.S. and Canada, at Cyrebro, a managed cyber-SOC platform.
Medius, which provides AP automation and wider spend management solutions, named Tanya Wills (right) VP of channel sales and alliances for North America, and Mandi Lapointe (left) director of global partner marketing.
Wills has 25 years of experience from IBM, SAP, Microsoft and more. Lapointe is also a SAP veteran and has worked at both Microsoft and Adobe.
Sourcepass, the New York-based digital IT services firm with an SMB focus, hired Mike Riley as CRO.
Riley has 35 years of experience in sales and marketing experience, including stops at RR Donnelley & Sons and Xerox.
