Carly Hoehn (left) just got promoted to North America channel marketing team lead at conferencing giant Zoom. Her old title was enterprise partner marketing program manager.
It’s also a promotion for Berkeley Glasser, strategic channel account manager. She was a regional channel manager with Zoom for two years before getting the bump up.
It’s a promotion for Britt Norwood at Trellix, where he is elevated to SVP, Americas, from SVP, channel and commercial global channel sales.
Norwood spent more than 18 years at Cisco and a year-and-a-half at Salesforce before joining McAfee, whose enterprise business combined with FireEye last year to form Trellix.
That’s Matt Harris, new managing director for the UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa at HPE. Already responsible for the UK business, this expands his leadership.
Harris started as an intern at HPE in 2004 and has worked extensively across the business and into every major customer sector.
Senior director of partner success is Wendy Seymour’s new title at Intelisys, the tech services distributor that is part of ScanSource.
It’s a promotion for the eight-year veteran of the company, who moves up from a director title.
Shaun Crowder is new to GoTo, the UC software and remote IT support company.
The senior partner manager has more than 20 years of channel experience, including but not limited to career stops at Avaya, Mitel and Vonage.
Crowder is based in Dallas.
With a long history in the security channel, Dee Dee Acquista is the new global channel leader at Gigamon.
Her experience includes high-ranking positions at Mandiant, BeyondTrust, SentinelOne, Proofpoint and Forcepoint.

Contact center provider Genesys expanded its STB team with Ashley Johnson. Based in New York City, s he will support Genesys’ Northeast region.
Her career includes stops at NICE InContact, Zoom and most recently, Five9.
Turn your attention to James Dietler and his new gig as national channel director at Enzu, the IT infrastructure provider.
It’s a promotion for Dietler from global sales director at the company. Enzu is now “100% channel-focused.”
Shawn Berry just joined Hiya, the voice security company, as its new head of strategic partnerships.
We’re pretty sure you know him from one of his many stops in the channel that include Telarus, NetFortris, Jenne, EarthLink and more.
Jason Speredon just moved from Powernet to CommandLink, where he will be a channel director for the full-stack SaaS, services and enablement company.
The former pro football player is also an alum of Windstream, Electric Lightwave and more.
An experienced channel veteran from 8×8 and Mitel, Sean Johnston joins the Broadvoice team as VP of channel partnerships and alliances.
His job will be to lead channel strategy for the business communications provider.

Google hired a big name to service as the public sector division of the company’s first chief information security officer.
It’s Major General Steve Hager, U.S. Army (ret.). He will provide oversight for security, compliance and risk on Google’s products and infrastructure related to the public sector.
In the U.S. military, Hager executed global full-spectrum cyber operations on behalf of the Department of Defense to protect critical infrastructure.
Ken Lautzenheiser is a new partner sales director at BCN, the tech solution provider focused on multilocation businesses. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, he joins the BCN team in the Southwest region.
He most recently was a channel sales director for Nitel and Hypercore.
ALTR, which sells data control and protection solutions, turned to Stephen Campbell as its new vice president of alliances and partners.
He has 25 years of experience, most recently from Incorta, but also Collibra, MapR, Aginity, VMware and HP.
Also last month, ALTR announced an open-source data governance initiative with support from Alation and Matillion.
Meet Bradley Greer, senior director of data solutions and partnerships at Netnumber Global Data Services.
Netnumber, which provides secure phone number intelligence data, hired Greer to collaborate with the company’s product development and sales teams to “streamline success in solution formation and build its evolving product road map.”
Greer has 17 years of experience, including most recently with Telesign.
Based in Denver, Terry Stenlund is a new regional channel director for Nitel, the voice, network and security services provider.
Stenlund cut his teeth in the channel during 10 years at CenturyLink. He was director of channel sales at Cyxtera, and most recently VP of channel strategy at NetDepot.
It’s a big promotion and a new hire at Coro, the cybersecurity firm.
On the right, that’s Cristina Morrell, VP of strategic partners. It’s an upgrade from a director role she held previously in her nearly year-and-a-half at the company.
On the left, that’s Sara Blengeri, VP of alternate channels. She joins Coro after eight years at Netrix and 12 at AccessOne.
Tim Wheatley is leading the charge as Ontinue’s new channel leader, heading up its first partner program.
Ontinue is the managed detection and response (MDR) division of Open Systems. Ontinue is a five-time Microsoft Gold Partner and was Microsoft Security’s MSSP Partner of the Year in 2022.

LightEdge, which delivers compliant cloud and colocation services, appointed Dale Dawson (left) as VP of product and Sergio Torres as director of managed services. The moves come as LightEdge deepens investment into its cloud offering.
Both men are based in Austin. Dawson most recently was director of product at Syncro and Torres was director of professional services at Kibo Commerce.
DataBank, the provider of data center services, managed services and more, named Alex Brickman its new director of channel sales.
He joins the company after spending the last eight years at a who’s who of companies doing business in the channel — 8×8, Vonage and Masergy.
Mark Dillon is the new senior vice president of Appian‘s global partners organization. His focus will include both global and regional partnerships to support growth of the Appian platform.
Appian software automates business processes.
Dillon’s last gig was regional VP, strategic sales, at NetSuite, where he spent more than 10 years.
Montreal-based business comms provider Cloudli named Rick Boyd VP of sales and business communications. It comes following the company’s 2022 acquisition of ConnectMeVoice to expand its presence in the U.S.
Based in the Dallas area, Boyd will lead the UCaaS and VoIP channel sales programs for the company.
His experience includes stops at 8×8, Talkdesk and Mitel.
After months of speculation, well-known channel leader Rob Rae, formerly of Datto, landed at Pax8, the cloud and services distributor.
Long recognized as a major influencer in the channel, Rae will head up community and partner ecosystems for Pax8. The company wants to bring more MSPs into its fold, and thinks Rae will get the job done.

Pyramid Analytics hired Martin McDonald as VP of its DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. He joins the company after a stint as a regional VP at Tealium.
Pyramid is a business analytics and decision-intelligence provider.
Sam Harrison is the new channel sales manager for Northern Europe, for OVHcloud, the global cloud service provider. His job is to grow the company’s network of channel partners, build new and deepen existing relationships with partners.
Harrison’s resume includes time at Arrow Electronics, where he drove partner growth and managed teams within the networking and security practice in the UK.
High Wire Networks named Stephen LaMarche chief operating officer to lead operations of High Wire’s managed IT service offerings, which include its Overwatch managed cybersecurity business. He has been on the company’s board since 2021.
LaMarche brings to the role executive experience from TPx, DSCI and Unified Technologies.
Vonage named Vincent DiCicco its new national strategic channel director. That’s a promotion from senior channel sales manager for the two-year company veteran.
DiCicco also has industry experience from Avaya and Nextiva.
Data backup provider CrashPlan indeed has a plan — to hire Everett Brooks as its new director of channel sales. The move, the company says, accelerates “the development of a multi-faceted channel program.”
Brooks has more than 25 years of experience in the biz, most recently as manager of Ivanti’s North American Expert Solution Provider partners and national sales partners.
Charles Tomeo, well-known for more than 15 years at Webroot and recently two-and-a-half years at Axcient, is now chief revenue officer at Rewst, the RPA platform built for MSPs.
Tomeo held a similar title at Axcient and left Webroot as VP of worldwide business sales.
SD-WAN and SASE vendor Aryaka Networks identified several people who will be key to the company’s channel efforts.
Jon Selway (left) is the company’s new VP of channel sales for EMEA. He gets to oversee Aryaka’s channel team in that region and facilitate partner recruitment.
It’s a promotion for Nicole Steele (right), now director of global channel marketing and development.
Not pictured but also on the move are Sarah Cothran, global director of channel programs and operations; and Layeeque Ahmed, director of channel sales for Asia Pacific.
Based in Des Moines, Iowa, James Rinkert is a new channel sales manager with Ooma. His job will be to introduce Ooma’s hybrid UCaaS portfolio to agents, MSPs and customers throughout the Midwest prairie states.
You might know him from Nextiva, Consolidated Communications or CenturyLink.
It’s a promotion for Leez May at TotalCX, to chief experience manager. She previously was marketing operations manager and executive assistant to the CEO.
May’s experience includes channel consulting firm BuzzTheory and 13 years at Informa, the parent company of Channel Futures.
Software giant SAP named Ryan Poggie its new managing director for the UK and Ireland. His job is to execute SAP’s strategy in the region with a focus on creating a “superior partner ecosystem experience.”
Poggie has been with SAP since 2007. He has held senior executive roles across EMEA and APJ since joining the team.
Mitch Houck just got promoted by Telarus, the technology solutions brokerage, to strategic partner manager. His previous title was senior national partner manager.
The eight-year veteran of the company also has experience from Comcast Business.
Security automation provider Torq hired Josh Morris (right) from Splunk to be its new SVP of worldwide sales.
The company also hired Don Jeter (left), formerly with Pax8, as chief marketing officer. He will spearhead “an evolution” of Torq’s MSP and MSSP strategy.

You’re looking at Mike McQuaid, the new chief revenue officer at Acceldata, the data observability company. The hiring comes after Acceldata’s recent $50 million funding round.
McQuaid comes to the company from CognitiveScale, where he managed all go-to-market teams including sales, customer success and revenue operations.
Eric Stark just joined Granite Telecommunications as head of channel sales, West.
You know him from six years at Viasat and most recently two-plus years at Mavenir. He held director and VP roles at those companies, respectively.
Andrew Davis is the new West channel sales lead and private cloud director at Rackspace, the multicloud services provider.
Avant and RapidScale are two of his former employers.
Jessica Cervera landed a new job as regional director of channel sales at IntelePeer, the communications-platform-as-a-service vendor.
Based in Austin, Texas, she brings experience from 8×8, Mitel, Oracle and AT&T.

For example, take Pax8, which might have made the biggest splash of the month by hiring Rob Rae. Rae is the former MSP whisperer, if you will, at Datto. Meantime, Gigamon found its new channel leader, one of the most experienced security channel execs in the business.
Both Intelisys and Telarus, a pair of tech services distributors and stalwarts on this monthly list, also made important promotions. And not to be outdone, Aryaka had four hires and promotions to announce in February.
